My journey into cooking started with a simple but meaningful bake, a rainbow cake I made for my stepdad, who was working on the NHS frontline during Covid. It wasn’t perfect, but the care and effort behind it struck a chord, and I soon realised how powerful food could be in bringing comfort, joy, and connection.

What began as a way to show appreciation for family quickly grew into a genuine passion. From baking at home and sharing dishes with loved ones, I found himself experimenting, learning, and creating recipes that were all about flavour and togetherness rather than fuss or perfection.

That passion led to my cookbook, Cook With Keelan, and later now to my theatre tour, that blended food, warmth, and conversation with guests. Now, I am stepping into my biggest adventure yet, my debut live theatre tour, Keelan’s Kitchen: Cook, Chat & Laugh – LIVE. Across six UK dates in 2026, I will bring cooking, stories, and laughter to the stage, joined by celebrity guests from football, music, and beyond.

When I’m not in the kitchen creating new dishes or experimenting with recipes, you’ll usually find me following football. It’s another passion of mine, and I’ve been a lifelong Aston Villa fan – cheering on the team through every match, win or lose.

At heart, My story is still the same as it was on that first day in the kitchen: a home cook with a love for food, family, and the moments we share around the table.
